Return Policy

For the return and exchange of the product or products you have purchased from Divankhane Online site, you can return it with your invoice within 15 days from the invoice date, or you can exchange it for another product of the same amount from Divankhane stores. The product to be returned must be unused, unworn in its marketable, in its original packaging, and must be delivered with all its accessories as it reaches you.

The products that will be designed and produced specifically for the person or place go into production with a mutually signed contract. In line with the cancellation of the given special order during production, the prepayment received in accordance with the contract is also not cancelled. Divankhane products, which are produced for individuals or places, are not refundable after purchase.

DOMESTIC RETURNS: You can return the products you want to return with the product within 15 days from the date you receive the order by filling out the online return form. In order for the products to be returned, they must comply with the return conditions. If you send the products you want to return with Yurtiçi Kargo, no shipping fee will be charged. An e-mail will be sent to you when your return reaches us.

OVERSEAS RETURNS: You can return the products you want to return with the product within 15 days from the date you receive the order. In international returns, the return process can be started after filling out the online return form and giving information about the return details based on this e-mail. In order for the products to be returned, they must comply with the return conditions. If you send the products you want to return with DHL within 15 days, no shipping fee will be charged. For returns over 15 days, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. An e-mail will be sent to you when your return reaches us.

Refunds: If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refunds are sent to the bank within 5 work days. You can follow the process of your next bank.

Fill in the return form on the back of the delivery note sent with your products you have purchased from Divanhane Online Shop, and send the product to our return address “Halide Edip Adıvar Mah. Darulaceze Cad. Akın Plaza No:3 A/29 Şişli/Istanbul”.

When your return reaches us, you will be sent an e-mail and if the products you return comply with the return conditions, our company sends the refunds to the bank within 5 work days.
